The last time I checked, it was NEVER Spotify's fault for not carrying an album but the artist's. Bill can't expect Spotify to put up albums "illegally". I'm sure they would all be there if it was up to them. Doing the most...I think

Bill always seemed like a sharp cookie, so idk why he's acting brand spankin' new, he knows that Spotify would love to have BEYONCE and 1984 playable for people. Obviously they aren't holding back those albums on purpose to spite users. He must know if he is following this story and saw Spotify's response to Taylor's team pulling her discog.
