That was a ****** move from Taylor and her label's side. People won't start buying an album just because they can't stream it. They'll download it illegaly.
No. She can have that. The music industry, in terms of making money, will always be in shambles unless they discover a new and improved method for getting the public to buy music. But with the way technology is today it may never happen. The option for people to try before they buy has decreased the amount of people who buy an album and discover that they hate it.
