i'm used to the sunny weather here in Athens (at least 8 months of the year) so anything below 60 (15 Celsius) is coooooold

below 28 cold af, my face freezes and I hate it
below 36 cold
37-51 cool
52-61 tolerable, rather warm
62-69 shorts/sweatshirt weather
70-86 shorts/t shirt weather <- best weather
87+ hot af, dying

60 and below
Just to think it won't go above 55 until like February

I'm in Florida and I'll say 60 and below. I actually prefer the cold, and 70 is pretty much a perfect temperature for me - not too hot, but also not too cold.

It depends if I'm going off summer than temperatures below 70 is cold, but overall probably below 45-50 is cold
