Well tbh she didn't even have Halloween costume. She was dining at a restaurant in Paris and when she saw fans outside, she took a white table cloth and cut holes in it to make it ghost costume.
Not a lot of thought went into it. I kinda think its smart.
every single girl that wears as little clothes as they can get away with, puts some cat ears on and call it a costume I go to a catholic highschool with uniforms and on Halloween they let us wear costumes and I was shocked at how many got away with it .
