I often wake up before the alarm rings but in other cases I am immediately completely awake. It's useful cause I wear contact lenses so I can put them on almost immediately.
This. Once or twice per year, I end up turning it off and getting back to sleep though.
Most of the weekdays it's at 7am, except one day I have it at 5.30 am.
In my running days though only once since time is really short.
I wake up at 5 and finish running by 6:30 to get home by 6:45, eat until 7:05, get dressed and take a bath until 7:25 then my commute to work from 7:30-7:50. I get to the office at around 7:55 5 minutes before I am considered late.
