Well by the look of things, they don't have much choice, because mobile isn't happening for them.

I can see Microsoft switching back into a purely software and services company again.

They may have to drop Windows Phone in favor of providing cloud services for Android, iOS and other platforms.

So what you all are trying to say is that MS bought Nokia and now will let their mobile business flop. Yeah, they surely don't have a plan. There are people there working on their mobile plan, like hundreds of people, and the final outcome will be WP10 or just W10 since they plan on unifying mobile and PC platform. So, they have the biggest share in PC market, they are planning on releasing W10 which will be a complete overhaul of both mobile and PC OS, they will make PC and mobile apps cross platform (which will solve the lack of apps on WP) and probably integrate WP in every one of their products (which is already happening in W10 TP).

Girls just take your plastic, cheap lookin' soap bars, throw them on the ground and buy Lumia.

Their cloud products are good from what I understand. Amazon is the Apple of the cloud biz tho.
