I didn't know that Novacane went Gold until I randomly visited Frank's discography page. Not bad at all for a song that peaked at #82 off a free Tumblr mixtape.

How can Novacane go Gold if it was free? lol

Novacane was on Itunes though once Def Jam finally saw that he had a following.

Every time I see a Frank Ocean thread bumped on a music forum I think it's album news.

I think the album will be announced and dropped in a very short time period to reduce leakage. It would be amazing to get a release this fall but I wouldn't mind waiting until next year if it's another masterpiece like CO.

Frank's mom twitter is now protected, I'm guessing album is gonna get announced and she doesn't wanna get bombarded with tweets from fans

Also, Nabil Elderkin posted a picture of him coming to LA. Incoming photoshoot?

I feel like CO is the more subtle, meandering experience whereas a lot of NU has a much pop-ier core to it. I love both tho, I could never decide.

Been getting into unreleased misc more and I can't decide whether I prefer the version of White that appears on there or the version on CO. I mean, the horns that kick in 30 seconds before the end >>>>

I've always seen CO as a bigger and better version of NU but I've been listening to the mixtape a lot recently. I can't stop replaying Songs for Women and Swim Good.

Songs For Women is THE ultimate bop. Lord knows how many times I played it last summer. Possibly my favourite from Nostalgia
