Why should I believe her (or Luke)? I don't even know them in real life and it's not like I'm taking Luke's side. If the judge decides Luke is guilty then I'm immediately taking Kesha's side.

Also Kesha said before Luke never abused her, so either she lied before or she's lying now.

I think there is not a single subject about which one can say "All jokes about this are unacceptable, always." Dialogue needs to be open about some tough subjects so that something can be done about them, and humor is a great vehicle for doing so. We shouldn't take entire subjects and lock them behind closed doors and never talk about them at all, that does no one any good.
