Was Britney last decade the biggest standard of beauty that the world has seen since Marlyn Monroe?

She was seen not only as the biggest celebrity but also the standard of what a perfect woman looks like. Those days are far gone since she's on her 30's now, but no other name can come to my mind in the last decades.
