How can blackout be filler when it is her most cohesive album ever along with FF. The only filler on that album is Why should I be sad because it damages the flow and it's production doesn't fit with the rest of it. Still very personal from a lyrical point of view.

Personal ≠ good
The album has very little nuance, it's a mess sonically, and Britney sounds about as invested in those """""personal""""" lyrics as her Nekci Menij counterpart.
Her most cohesive album is easily Femme Fatale. Britney sounds just as uninvested on it, but unlike on Blackout, FF doesn't call for her to be invested
