It's embarrassing that Applause isn't 200 million, lol, but it doesn't bother me. I think Born This Way is a genuinely good music video but The Manifesto of Mother Monster was probably a huge turn off.

But then, ALEJANDRO is her second most viewed video, so who can say for sure?

That being said, I do think ALEJANDRO is one of her best music videos but it is so subjective and open to interpretation that I wouldn't think a general public wouldn't like it or take the time to understand it.

Alejandro and Judas have lots of views because of the controvercial religious imagery, I think. That's what I've always thought.

And Applause's views aren't embarrassing, TiK ToK - the highest selling song by a western artist of the digital era - hasn't even scraped 200M views.

Alejandro has so much because it's her best song and after PF and Paparazzi her biggest European hit, I also think the Latin community streams the **** out of it. I hate the video, didn't do the song justice, it needed beach-y, summer-y clip with a Gaga twist
