So she just said "Well, somebody brought this song to me and I made some changes to the lyrics and that's it, it's not my song so this demand is just for the person who brought the song to me".

El cata copied the song then he brought the song to Shakira. Shakira is one of the victims.

The lyrics to her version were written by her (the english one by scratch, the spanish one she changed the verses) but still "Loca" was kind of a cover to El Cata's song, "Loca con su tiguere", hence El Cata being featured in her version. What you just said makes NO sense
