Yes, because they posted the photo PUTTING anything school related in the captions/hashtags basically makes it a school issue. This is a crisis waiting to happen. Lets say the school didn't make this call and we hear about ANOTHER school shooting? Why? Because the school didn't bat an eye at this issue. Its an issue waiting to happen and the school had to create a contingency plan to get in front of an issue that could later become a crisis, especially in the current school climate we've had of a dozen school shootings in a year.

They posted it RIGHT before going to Homecoming and created civil unrest at the school and caused panic. So according to the constitution they lose their right. They were stupid for posting it in the first place. They knew what they were doing. Fake or not. iF U DIDNT HAVE backstory, the average person would've thought it was real WHICH IS THE POINT.
