I never got the hype around her, but now I am starting to like her.. there is something genuine about her. She is not bigger than Britney because there are a lot more things than just album sales. She is not bigger than Gaga at her peak either, but her album sales are definitely the most impressive for the USA in the last 10 years.

Look at Shania Twain's numbers:
Come On Over - 15,580,000 total albums sold
Up! - 873,000 first week

If Shania Twain wasn't doing 1M debuts, in what world would Taylor Swift be doing them, especially when the first week market was considerably harder and she's doing the exact same thing as Shania Twain did with Up!?
