You really should take your own advice on that one. Not all Americans are racist and not all Americans were represented during the removal process of some of the passengers. I really do take offense to your first statement because I know that I am one of the many Americans who aren't racist.

Granted that the remark could've been seen as a threat. I mean, was your country ever attacked like the U.S. was on 9/11? We take precautions and I bet that it didn't or wouldn't have mattered whether the person who made the remark was a Muslim or not. It was just the matter of the situation. It could've also depended upon how the person said the remark or their body language while they were saying the remark.

There only a few PEOPLE in america who is racist and stupid. its like there are only a few people too who are muslim that act racist and stupid. RELIGION has nothing to do with your STUPIDNESS. the word Religion itself meaning the way of living peacefully.

Originally meant to be a thread to post a news story has turned into a racist backlash. Seriously, racism is bound to happen everywhere. Deal with it. The US held many Japanese people captive during World War II out of suspicision that they might be spies but do you see people complaining now? No because America realizes that if it was to keep us safe, precaution had to be taken. Either that or Americans didn't give a **** about other races because it wasn't there own. Which if those were the terms and today's time we see similar aspects, then people need to shut up because everyone gets racist thoughts about other people and of themselves.

About the actual news story now. I think they did what was right. It's not like they threw them in jail for being Muslim or anything. They just removed them from the plane to make sure it was safe for everyone else. It's the same thing if there's a rumor that someone has a gun in a school. Doesn't matter how stupid the threat may be. If someone feels uncomfortable, you investigate it.

And to the person who's saying "**** the US," you better watch what you say on an American based forum. You make one wrong comment and you could have the entire forum against you for good. Also, if you're gonna bash a country, why don't you come and live here yourself first. We're not the perfect country many people make us out to be that you may not like. We all have problems, we all know about the wars and ****, blah blah blah. Of course our American airport security is going to racist toward Muslims. Is it morally correct? Absolutely not. Is it necessary? Sadly, yes it is. We can't be wrong about a potential terrorist even once. 99% accuracy will cost many lives. We need to be 100% certain all the time. It is a sad fact about the world we live in.
