No. Actually she's been acting since she was a little girl. Starring in multiple plays, film appearances, and of course being a model. All before age 18, until 19 when she got signed to two modeling agencies. Keep in mind, she did this without her parent's consent, and it wasn't until age 21 that she was even remotely recognized as a New York socialite (appearing in local tabloids, parties, etc). But many people don't know this, they think it was all handed to her because of her name, and no hard work whatsoever. She did her part to get to where she is in the industry, and her parents hadn't ta thing to do with it.
And even if they did, you cannot blame someone for the family they were born in.

No, it doesn't. You've heard her album, correct? Well that's the end of your road of judging her voice. If you haven't followed Paris for years like us fans have, you won't know about her voice. But if you must, just read what her fellow actors/singers, and Darren Bousman said about Paris' voice, and how surprised they were at how great her voice and dancing really is. She CERTAINLY does not sound like every other artist out there.

Really? You don't know how "The Simple Life" contributed to pop culture? Let me explain:
The show brought in over 15 million viewers an episode, with an over 100,000 increase in the first season, and continued to bring in over 10,000,000 viewers an episode during the later season. The show was so incredibly popular that it released multiple #1 DVD's. The show was so incredibly recognized that it brought the most spinoffs of any show for over 20 years with over 13 spinoffs. And #1 in Japan with a language dub. That's just a bit of it's contribution, but we can also go into merchandise if you want.
And her cult classic is "Repo! The Genetic Opera" in which she has been praised by critics who even admitted that with her performance, their perceptions on her changed indefinitely. The film has already gathered a incredibly large cult following with thousands showing up to the "Repo! Road Trip" stops.
