Drunk in Love's sales are truly shocking. What the hell? The song was huuuuuuuuge. Or at least they were at the night clubs I went to. Oh well, it is what it is. Still a great song (aside from Jay Z's abysmal verse that nearly destroys the song).

I feel like all of Nicki's era's consist of her trying to cover her tracks at the last minute Like everything she releases is a result of the previous release or mistake and they're all so last minute.

If she starts out with an Urban song and it flops - she immediately releases something on the complete opposite end of the spectrum.
If she stars out with a Pop song and it flops - she immediately digs down into her super Urban hood records.

It seems so unauthentic. I wonder if the albums even have direction from the beginning of the era because it seems like she bases them on whatever sticks.

I'm glad Avril Lavigne is now above working with Dr. Luke. Obviously he destroyed her career after the fact and made sure she was only sent ****** productions, but at least she survived. With Nickelback, no less, but she survived.

She was just being super nice. If she was thirsty for sales she would be making songs with Dr. Luke and having collabs with Drake & relevant artists.
