I know this is a few weeks old but basically if it becomes clear during the legal process that Luke can't win he will be forced to accept a settlement and release her from her contract. It all depends on what kind of evidence Kesha has.
I honestly think its more of the fact that Luke doesnt want Kesha to have freedom (especially after the lawsuit) because I definitely dont seem them working together again regardless of how the case turns out.
I don't want them to settle out of court, but for Kesha to win IN court and then hopefully it will lead to more and more artists/actors/models speaking up.
It isn't professional to sexually exploit people...
