They offer cheaper tickets than the actual site, but are they safe?

Yeah, they're definitely legit. I haven't gotten any tickets from them but I've heard experiences from people that have in my family.

StubHub is safe. If the user sells you a used ticket, StubHub gets you a new ticket and charges the seller.

In both cases, I bought the tickets only a few days before the show. They were emailed to me immediately and I printed them. When I went to the venue and presented the tickets, they were scanned and I got in just fine.

I always use Stubhub. It's so much cheaper. Just buy tickets 30 minutes before the concert starts, that's when they're the cheapest.

It depends whether it's e-tickets or paper tickets. E-tickets will be sent to you for download almost immediately, paper tickets will be sent to you via courier. However, if it is too close to the event only e-tickets will be available.
