reading alot. working out. going to bed at the same time everynight. whatever worries are on your brain, tell yourself to worry about it tomorrow because thinking about it at night wont solve anything.
also sometimes when i had trouble sleeping i would tell myself "i dont care if i fall asleep or not but i will lay here in the dark with my eyes close and rest" and then i would fall asleep.
Born This Way actually does that to me. I bought the deluxe edition and played it for it in the car for a family road trip literally everyone fell asleep, and my dad turned it off.
