Suicidal gays, yes, but not for anyone else

Half of the Saudi population is gay. Engaging in homosexual activities has been a customary thing. And for gay expats it's a haven. You can go on with your gay lifestyle, just don't ignore the laws. And even if there are laws against homosexuality, no one has ever been executed for it.

The concept of homosexuality in Saudi Arabia is different from that in the West. It's more of an act than a sexual orientation. Paederasty, pedophilia and homosexual sex have been a way of life among Saudi men. Most of them will engage in at least one of those activities in their lifetime. Homosexual behaviour is generally tolerated in that kingdom so as long as you're not open about it.
