I just want to know if you guys own tablets. I have an ipad air and I basically use it to read ebooks, manga and textbooks but I also use it to do work and watch movies/shows. I prefer to do other things like use social media or come on here with my laptop.
I have an iPad 2 and it was the biggest waste of money. It was basically just a big version of my iPhone, and I never used it because I'm always on my MacBook pro.
No, my big screened phone does the trick for now. I would like to get one in the future (a Samsung one most likely) but I'm currently saving up for a new laptop so a tablet will have to wait
I'll get a Surface 3 soon, the difference with the lessor tablets being that it has full Windows like on a PC, and not just a bigger version of your phone OS.
No, I use my laptop and phone for most things. I do have an ebook (kindle) tough, but it's one of those which have the screen made just to read, you know, these black and white ones that don't get your eyes tired.

Oh btw I would just like to say I bought mine so I could put all my textbooks on it plus my uni has projectors that connect to them so if I wanted to do a presentation i could use my ipad instead of dragging around my massive laptop.

I understand the usage of them for school. But regarding myself I dont really need to carry textbooks to school for lectures. Most of the time they stay just at home. Plus Ive bought really light-weight laptop for the need when I want to travel and study. I could imagine using a tablet with windows and attached keyboard. But what would be the point ? I could carry my laptop and it would make no difference.
