It's
ok. "Style", "Out Of The Woods", "Wildest Dreams" and "How To Get The Girl" save it.
Oh, and Bridgit Mendler's "Ready Or Not" >>> "Shake It Off", tbh

"Bangerz"
is fresh. I know the general consensus it's that Miley is unlikable and has bad music but the album is diverse as they come.
Miley even claimed she put the tracklist in a way she could tell a story to the audience (from walking to the alter on "Adore You" to turning into "Someone Else" after she found her new self).
And the cd is a mix of genres because it was inspired by all of her musical roots (she was listening from Dolly Parton to Lil' Kim to people like Frank Ocean in the process).
Bangerz has...
- Country ("4x4").
- Dubstep ("FU").
- Hip-Hop influences ("SMS [Bangerz]", "Love Money Party" & "Do My Thang").
- R&B influences ("Adore You" & We Can't Stop").
- Funk ("Get It Right" & "On My Own").
- Introspective ballads ("My Darlin'", "Wrecking Ball", "Maybe You're Right" & "Rooting For My Baby")
- EDM / Synthpop bangerz ("Drive","Someone Else" & "Hands In The Air").
It was not a lazy body of work or generic as some of you claim, it took her 3 years to put together for a reason

.
To each their own, though.
I don't know the background behind "Prism", "ARTPOP" or "Unapologetic" so I can't say much about those 3.
