P!nk organazied a charity concert , the Power Of Pink: An Acoustic Evening With P!nk And Friends in West Hollywood, California, on Thursday night, benefiting the Cancer Prevention Program at Saint John's Health Center.

Melanie Griffith, Camilla Alves, Katie Holmes, Sara Gilbert, Valerie Bertinelli, Christopher Meloni attended the event.

P!nk performed along with Linda Perry, Nate Ruess, Billy Mann, Butch Walker, Dallas Green.

While performing with Linda Perry, the duo announced that they'll return to studio together.

I think she's running out of ideas and needs some help in that department. I have hope that Linda would take her in a new, unpredictable direction. It's hard to tell by P!nk's sales, but her sound has been in a rut for over 5 years now.

I like Linda Perry. I wish Xtina worked with her again as well.

The new songs on GHSF and the album The Truth About Love were a mess indeed and we all know that (not trying to speak on behalf of anyone). I am hoping Linda shows her what she really is capable off. P!nk is a sort of person if she finds someone, befriends them, she then sticks with them. She is one of them "campfire people" who sit around making songs together and that is the essence she doesn't want to lose.

I am hoping Linda shows her what she is more than capable off, I still remember when Linda said there is so much more to her she just doesn't show it. Maybe this time around, Linda can show her how far she can push herself.

I think she is wanting to change it up a bit now, considering that country album and now going back to the studio with Linda, she will want take a new direction again. I hope Linda shows her that.

Come to think of it, the only P!nk hit that involved Linda Perry is "Get the Party Started." Kinda strange considering how much credit she gets for the success of M!ssundaztood. I would love to see P!nk return to an urban sound with better/more personal lyrics than her debut.

I'm here for a dusty rusty soulful blues/rock record with Waiting For Love vocals and really honest lyrics a'la Free or Hooker.

This! 18 Wheeler is one of her best.

Screw "hits" P!nk has enough upbeat tunes, I want that introspective mother Rock album a la Ray of Light with no dance beats and synths.

On the other hand, Linda's last decent piece of work was in 2010 with the unplugged version of Lift Me Up and she hasn't brought out anything notable ever since

She was more irrelevant when P!nk wanted to work with her, imo.
