No one is going to think "oh my he's trying to steal my gun let me just get that back from him and shoot him in the leg!"
That takes too much time and precision, most of those shots can kill a person as well.

I dont think so unfortunately. People are too riled up I dont think it will blow over if he isnt indicted.
The evidence clearly shows Mike Brown wasn't innocent and Darren Wilson was right in using his weapon that one time. However what about the reports of the other 5 being at a distance? Not to mention the second shot he had was the fatal one to the head, why was he shot 4 more times afterwards? Also not to mention the many witnesses and videos/live twitter updates from a stranger who claimed Mike Brown had his hands up. Even if Darren Wilson had a reason to shoot him once, as soon as a suspect surrenders and you continue to shoot, that's still murder. The cop seems to have a good case but so far it seems he still used too much force

Not surprising. Michael Brown was a thug/criminal. Officer Wilson was just doing his job. People need to stop using the race card because it has nothing to do with race.

Fake. The whole OP is fake. The US Government doesn't want the people to win this case because it will shine light on their efforts to MILITARIZE local communities in case the US people decide they're done with their "BIG BROTHER" government and try to revolt. By militarizing local communities and staying on their side it makes it easier for them to manipulate us. Why do you think they're trying to ban citizens from possessing firearms? They don't want use to be able to defend ourselves FROM THEM. They're changing this country into a dictatorship, that's why. Big government means small freedom, remember that people. ILLUMINATI!!

I actually read up on that a few days ago. Police officers are trained, through hundreds of hours of training (by the time they have as much experience as Officer Wilson) to shoot to kill when they feel threatened and/or that their life is in danger. It actually really comes in handy because where normal people, in a tense situation like a robbery or standoff, would freeze up or miss badly, police officers are honed to instinctively aim for kill zones when their adrenaline and fear levels rise. The training actually adds to their grey matter so that in times of panic, they are able to break out of typical human fear instincts and act decisively. It's useful when you think about why it could be handy, but yeah, you get cases like Michael Brown where lethal force was not really necessary.

Yeah. I don't know exactly why Darren Wilson felt the need to unload 6 shots in this one man, but I'm guessing his defense will just be (as it always has been) that he felt threatened and just reacted to what he perceived to be great danger.
I feel really bad that this case is going to probably swing in favor of the officer, though. Seeing all those pictures of thousands of protestors, and then this being the likely result

michael brown was obviously not innocent he went to a store to steal cigarets and then attacked the person who was trying to stop him, then he tried to take the officer's gun. But of curse people want to make it seem like it was a hate crime because they want to prove that they are sooooooooooooooooo oppressed.

I hate how Michael Brown was portrayed as this saint who could have done no wrong when he was caught up in criminal activity, while the witch hunt is out for the poor cop who was just making the most out of the situation he was in.

Right now the evidence is in Wilson's favor. It doesn't matter if Mike Brown was a good kid or if he was about to enter college. All that matters is what happened at that exact moment when he was confronted by the cop. We don't know if Mike Brown attacked Wilson so it is unfair to automatically blame the cop just because he's white. I feel extremely bad that a life was lost and I'm angry at all the racist police brutality that goes on in the US, but in this case there just isn't enough evidence yet to claim Mike Brown was innocent.

2) I said UNITED STATES not (Georgia) (St Louis) (Baltimore City) (Cook County) IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, White People ARE THE MAJORITY. Blacks are the MINORITY.
Even if you are white and go to a MAJORITY black area guess what? You still will never understand what its like to be black in the US why? BECAUSE YOU ARE WHITE AND STILL THE MAJORITY OF THIS COUNTRY.
