Yes I mean its just a Forum with no less than 10,000 People who follow/check/like it . Its not like something offensive about Certain Artist or Race or Sexuality will affect The World . Its LAME
It's sex-related, and the advertisers don't want that here. The money made from ads is needed to keep this site working (and also for the upgrade presumably), so that's why.
If you really want to be mad at someone for the "strict" nature of this site, it'd be them.

The only people who complain about the rules here are those who want to say venomous things about a person/artist they don't like and get butt-hurt when they're warned for it.
If that's the case, you can go to SYG...but you can get warned there, too. That's when you realize you should probably tone down the death threats/racism/sexism or whatever it is people get managed to get warned for in there. Basically, getting warned in SYG means you're just a bit too bothered by someone/thing.
