And of course she's on the album, it would sound ridiculous if she wasn't. I got the impression from Dawn that they were re-doing adlibs and such.

apparently, that's not the case so why did she say those things?

I feel like even if they were tampered with, he'd probably lie and say that they weren't. Not that I'm saying that he is. But there's a lot of adlibs from the live versions by Dawn that I'm not hearing. And any adlibs that I do hear sound muffled ie tampered, not necessarily removed. Anyway, one can't be too sure. I do think this needs to stop though, like what we are getting is what we are getting.

Why should we believe him over her? And vice versa. Who knows. I just know the live versions were significantly better. Take it as you may....like I said earlier. We're all going to believe what we want to believe anyways. lol.

Sick of hearing about different ab libs live vs. studio. Can't a performer just really be feeling the energy of a performance and just go whatever they want live than vs. keeping it like the studio version? That's really what makes a live performance tbh - ppl do it all the time and change up the melody live in certain parts if they feel the need to/need a breath/whatever.

Dawn does this all the time too. Striptease on the MTB tour? Her entire part was sung a lot higher than the studio version. Does that mean her studio version was altered? No she was just feelin' herself onstage.
