Every pop girl has flops but everybody knows that Katy's "flops" are immensely bigger hits than all the other pop girls' flops. Its just embarrassing to still be trying it at this point.
During the time when pop is at it's lowest and least popular point since her debut. Speaks volumes. Not that she's the queen anyway.
