I think she looks diff mostly bcz of her bleached unkept eyebrows,shinny and oily skin and dry lips......i don't think she had major work done (maybe smaller eyelid surgery)
(I don't get it why she wants to look this way though) but its her body and face so
It's really only her eyes and her brows that are different (which were kinda her trademark, unfortunately), but they do make her look like a completely different person.
