I think you're probably most likely referring to the "Countdown" drama? Then that's simply untrue. She didn't claim the Anne choreography to be her own. In fact, when the video premiered a list of all inspirations or people she paid tribute to was published in MTV from her team. And "Single Ladies" Bob Fosse was given credit from the get go...
