Many internships pay, especially for year 3+ college students. My roommate got two paying internships in California (they paid to relocate him from Pennsylvania) at Lockheed Martin last year and at Riot Games this past summer (which I was obscenely jealous of.)
Plus, internships are essentially required if you want a job right out of college. College is less about GPA and more about networking these days; an internship is a foot in the door, and some ridiculous statistic (like 97%) of people get offered full time jobs after a summer internship.
So, to answer the question, yes I want and need an internship. If anyone here is looking for an accountant with excellent taste in music, hit me up.

Edit: Do your research on this first. A friend of mine got accepted for this and turned it down due to the hours of work and stuff like that; it was apparently really exhausting and tiresome to have to deal with people all day then study all night.
