Mariah's Music Box era is more than twice as big, globally, as Rih's GGGB, her peak.

Rihanna does not have nearly as much mass appeal as Whitney. Whitney has the biggest female song ever because not only did it appeal to everyone, but future generations are still buying and listening.

Yes, she's half black but her skin is the same colour as most white celebs, she had no problem appealing to people around the world unlike Rihanna, Whitney, Beyonce.

Anyway, I would say Whitney was but she's getting there.

Self-titled has sold 2M outside of the US and hasn't been released for a year. Unapologetic has been out for almost two years and has yet to sell 4M worldwide with a supporting world tour to help.

The fact you needed to use self-titled to attempt to have a point is funny when Dangerously in Love, B'Day, and I Am... Sasha Fierce have sold more outside of the US than every Rih album excluding GGGB.

Drunk in Love, a single released in the US only, peaked higher than Jump, Right Now, What Now, Pour It Up, and Loveeeeeee Song in almost every country that has a chart.

Your stanning is clouding your judgement. Whitney was undeniably the biggest, most global black female artist followed closely by Mariah. Just because a person knows your name doesn't mean you're global in any aspect. Global = artists who are able to chart at #1 in several countries WW. Nobody can top Ms. Houston sorry.
