it's just that western nations do way more to integrate the muslim beliefs and traditions into our countries (i can only speak for Germany) than they do for christians over there. even in Turkey, a developed country, there are still barriers for christians.

Although i am not going to say that Western nations are perfect in doing that, not at all.

The Islamic building is a mosque so you can call it that...

I bet there are plenty of churches in the Middle East since Christianity comes from that region and there are many Christians still there, but you'll have to ask the members from the Middle East for specifics.

There are definitely churches in Muslim countries outside the Middle East like Bangladesh, Indonesia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Brunei, Kazakhstan, etc.

Most Muslims in Germany are Turkish. There's definitely racism towards them in these regions. If it were blonde, blue eyed Muslims from Bosnia, do you think they would have as much issue?

There are loads of Christian churches in the Middle East aren't there?

It's only ISIS that are destroying the churches, the Governments in the middle east allow them.

ISIS is NOT representative of all people in the middle east, some middle eastern countries are actually helping us try and destroy ISIS. Muslim countries are on our side too. Turkey is a majority muslim country and they're fighting alongside the US in trying to destroy ISIS.

We do have churches in the Middle East. Most of which are located here in Lebanon which contains the highest population of Christians (almost half of the Lebanese population). ISIS is the one that has been destroying churches and mosques that belong to other Islamic sects.

OT: Such a disgrace! And you never hear about this in western media! It's quite despicable.

There are churches in Israel/Palestine.
There are churches in Jordan.
There are churches Kuwait.
There are churches in Lebanon.
There are churches in Oman.
There are churches in Qatar.
There are still churches in Syria.
There are churches in Turkey.
There are churches in the UAE.
There are churches in Yemen.

The only country not on this list is Saudi Arabia.

Thanks for the responses, guys. For some reason I was thinking there was no tolerance for churches.

I didn't call it mosque as I thought there were other types of Islamic "religion-buildings", too, no?
