Outrageous, one of the best songs from ITZ?  It's the only generic song on that album. That's probably why the label wanted that song to be the lead single.

they're all certified and get still gain a lot of views, i don't see the point. i only update WB because it's new and it's nice to see it still slaying a year later, and I update BOMT and Toxic because their daily views show how remembered they are. I don't track her other certified videos because i don't see the point!
