When I first hear "Bleeding Love" on the radio, I wasn't really interested to it because it is a song by an artist that I do not know. Leona, by that time, was just a newcomer. But after several weeks, I found myself singing the song over and over again and really liking it.
I am amazed of Leona's performance on this song. I mean, she really got a talent. I can't help but to have chills every time the song is already on it's last verse where Leona incredibly reaches those high notes.
Because of my craziness over the song, I opted to buy Leona's album, which I think the best thing I've ever done this year aside from liking "Bleeding Love." I hate to admit it, but "Bleeding Love" is not her best song from the album, but nevertheless thanks to Bleeding Love - I am now one of the biggest fan of a wonderful singer.
I wasn't really a Chris Brown fan. I don't like "Run It", and "Say Goodbye" is just fine with me. His 2007 releases didn't catch my attention. It was only this year when I became a huge fan.
"With You" was my guilty pleasure early this year. It didn't took me a long time to like this song. Actually, I easily fell in love with the song on the first hear. But unlike "Bleeding Love", the song didn't made me bought Exclusive. It was only after the release of the song "Forever" that I decided to have a copy of the album. This is not because I like "Forever" more than "With You" (which is not true.. With You>>>Forever) ,but because he released back to back singles that I liked.
"With You" is one of his best songs from Exclusive: Forever Edition, alongside with "Heart Ain't Brain," "Superhuman," "Forever" and the U.K. bonus track "Fallen Angel." But "With You" is the best among those songs.
 I'm going to post my top song of 2008 on my birthday, January 4.
