You can't do too much but there's an app called SwagbucksTV where you can just click on a video and it'll do a stream through tons of videos, and after watching a few you continue getting Swagbucks, and I believe you get about 40-50 swagbucks per day from it. You could just mute tha audio and keep the video rolling.
