What is this promotinal tour he has going on?

Probably making sure America sides with Kesha before the jury are chosen.

Just finished it. Basically repeating everything we've already known. HOWEVER the only thing they didn't clarify on is, they mentioned Kesha was raped after taking some drug.

Did Dr. Luke ever sexually assault her sober? How often has she been abused by him besides that incident? There are a lot of details being purposely left out and I wanna know the truth.

This does seem a bit too calculated from both sides (obviously since lawyers are involved) but we need more evidence/claims. And still no hearing date? When are they going to court...

How is that surprising, though? Of course this was gonna be hugely publicized.

I don't think it's necessarily a good idea that Kesha's lawyer does this kind of promo tour...
And yeah, the fact Kesha and Luke seemed so close during 2010-2011 makes the situation ambiguous and even more complex. They were praising each other as hell.... What happened? I mean, I don't know, what a loss, this makes me kinda sad.

I still believe Kesha's claims obviously, but there are things that need to be clarified. I think they had problems in their relationship since the beginning, when Kesha actually leave her hometown to live in LA. So from 2005 (when she was signed) and 2008, they had barely interactions. They reunited in 2008-2009 and began recording sessions for Kesha's first album Animal. Kesha probably wanted to forget all the bad things Luke done to her and she knew, with that contract, that he was her only chance to break out in the industry.
So the date rape would have happened in 2005 and that would be one of reasons Kesha and Luke almost ignored each other during 3 long years... So the allegedly "sexual abuse" probably happened during that period, cause she was 18.

I guess their relationship was really good from the Animal era to the Cannibal era. Kesha was extremely successful and they seemed agree concerning Kesha's musical direction.
It's really when the Warrior recording sessions that everything fell apart between the two. The "mental" and "physically abuse" was probably during that time, till 2013.

That's a lot more complex than we think imo.
