You can definitely go to the gym the next day, depends on the person. I played college level tennis the next day and I was fine. However some of my friends said they were out of commission for up to 2 weeks

yeah my one friend got them removed this summer and the next day he was at my friends party with us playing volleyball and drinking alcohol i was like WHATTT
Got both of my impacted mandibular wisdom teeth out last year.
Once the anesthesia wears off it was painful.
My dentist cautioned me on lifting heavy objects, overexertion, hot environment, eating. Basically things that can increase the blood flow on my new wound.
I already had all 4 grown and they had to remove my lower-right molar because it had grown "fallen":
Not my pic ofc but same case:
Don't worry, it just hurts very little for a week
One of mine was like this and the other one was growing under the molar and it was pushing it up that was the most painfull one. The other two were normal but i got them removed anyway.
Just got mine removed on monday(the two top ones) the bottom two grew fallen so I still need to get em removed They didn't put me to sleep tho it was a weird experience.
