Have you thought about where you want to go next, with your music career? Do you want to branch out there, as well?
GOMEZ: Yes, that’s coming up. There are a few surprises within that world. Music is extremely therapeutic for me. This year I got to go in and be a part of my music, even if it didn’t go anywhere. Music has been in my life this whole year, and there is some stuff coming that I’m excited to share with people, but I’ve kept it very, very under wraps. That next phase needs to be growth. I apply that in everything I do.
Where do you want to go next with your career?
GOMEZ: I had a whole transitional year. I moved out and bought my brand new house. It’s the first time I’ve ever lived on my own. It’s weird. It was a big year for me.
I wonder if the music video for the first single is going to be like a mini-movie. She loves acting so it's interesting that she has never had a music video with a big storyline to it. I'm so happy with how 'under wraps' this is being kept, I hope it stays that way until the proper release date.
