I never said she lied, I said there isnt any proof presented on her part besides the fact she has a vagina, so by default she MUST be telling the truth
. It doesnt work like that, She accused him. The burden of proof is on HER. Then you add in the fact that its a civil case, and not a criminal case, eh, means that you can only appeal using feelings and not facts, because in a criminal you'd actually have to prove it.
