This is true, but it's different when both parties are very visible celebrities.
Then there's more pressure on the courts to not "sweep it under the rug" for public favor and trust.

This is going to be a massive mess. I'm so curious to see what becomes of this.

My only problem with his responses are in regards to the end goal of this awful situation. It shouldn't be just to get Kesha out of a contract with Dr. Luke, it should be about making sure this person isn't allowed anywhere near a recording studio. If Kesha gets out of her contract and that's the end of this, it's only a matter of time before he victimizes another young woman.

God, if the accusations are true he should go to prison. "Not anywhere near a recording studio"
