YES BUT if u mean mouth like inside my mouth NO. My dogs actually respond to spanish and english and when I tell them beso(kiss) they give me a kiss on the lips but that's all they do.

The "dog's mouth is cleaner than a human's" thing is a myth.

Not my mouth or anywhere near it, but my cheek and chin sure. The germs in our mouths are bad for them and the germs in their mouth are bad for us and can lead to gum disease.
