“My thing is I am worried about Carey and him falling in love because Carey is already his biggest fan. I am pretty in love with Leah.
I feel Leah and I will be shopping one day for face soaps and we are going to come home and they are going to be spooning, one big tattoo, listening to records,” Moore says, before breaking into hearty laughter.
Green readily admits to his man crush on Hart.
The night before their gig, he was lying in bed with his wife contemplating the big day ahead.
He and Moore would be appearing on the Ellen DeGeneres Show, the biggest American television gig in his career to date.
Then they would be performing their first ever gig together without much rehearsal and probably a couple too many glasses of wine.
And their debut acoustic record was being released in Australia and New Zealand where they both have very large fanbases.
It was make or break time.
“And I was laying in bed with my wife and I tell her ‘I’ve got one goal for tomorrow’
And she says ‘What?’” Green recalls.
“I am going to get Carey’s phone number. And I did.”
