Mess, how was this not a huge global smash
how high does the sycamore grow? if you cut it down, then you'll never know
He is not going to serve any time because she didn't file a criminal suit against him. Just a civil one. Who sues civilly for rape? Definitely not someone wanting to prevent this savage beast from attacking women in the future. If she has actual proof of her allegations, she should file criminal charges. Till then, this is a self-serving case.

Is this worst iTunes Top 10 ever?
Cetrainly not, when two Slipknot songs are in the top 10

A criminal suit is not going to be won, a civil on the other hand...
Habits is good but annoying after a short while. I can totally see that stupid M5 song spending an unholy amount of time at #1 just like One More Night did.

Her rep said it, let her out of the contract, give her rights for the songs and give her some money.

A criminal suit could be won but the burden of proof is on her and her legal team to prove that he actually did abuse her. Kesha and her mom have apparently been going through this for a decade so they should have some proof documented. Hospital reports, voicemails, recorded phone conversations, prescriptions, text messages, etc. We shall see. If she files criminal, she means business. If she keeps it civil, she clearly is just looking to get out of the contract and not to criminalize him/ get justice.

When asked about not filing a criminal suit, her lawyer said that "everything is on the table."
Meaning, a criminal suit may be filed shortly after...
...that is, if Dr. Luke doesn't let her out of her contact, pay all court costs, and give her a very large settlement.
****, I might **** around and bring the Jeep back
No doors on it, flexin' with the seat back

I wouldn't be surprised her statements were true or false (though she has professional psychologists backing her up). She probably needs creative control and independence. I think a contract rupture plus some money is probably all that she's asking for considering it's civil.
Even if she loses/gets nothing the public has already taken a side. She'll always be the victim and he'll always be the criminal even if that might or might not have happened
What the MJ and now Dr Luke cases show us is that people are OK with being abused or their children being abused -- as long as they can use it to get money out of it.
