A mother in Pennsylvania allegedly ripped the hair from her 6-year-old daughter’s scalp because she could not count to 12.
Brittany Ruck, 25, of Conway, pulled her young daughter’s hair so hard that “the girl’s scalp was separated from her skull and blood pooled around the girl’s eyes.”
Ruck was so angry with her child’s inability to count to 12 that she yanked the little girl out of a chair by her hair, the Daily Mail reports.
“The female was having a difficult time counting to 12. She could count to 10 because she had 10 fingers,” Michael Priolo, of the Conway Police Department, told CBS Pittsburgh.
