It depends where really, there's a lot of bad accents like Liverpool, Birmingham etc...
Basically anywhere up north, we kind of create our own language. When I went to University people couldn't even understand me and we're from the same country.
England is opposite the US because in England the farther north you go the worse the accents get and in the US the farther south you go the worse the accents get

.5 in Georgia, .5 in Mississippi, 5 in New York (and was born there) + 13 in Florida - and yet I'd still pick the North.

fff that's exactly why we only spent half a year there. We got in and then got out as fast as we could. It was such an extremely boring area, barely anything to do and all. Probably the only place we've lived at that I really didn't care for.
