UPDATE: I went to the Apple Store in 14th st in New York City and the 11 inch MacBook Air proportions looked really wierd to me. The 13 inch screen size looked great and so did the keyboard to screen ratio.
Ps... I would get the MacBook Pro retina but I'm just using it to surf the web/light stuff so I'm not looking to waste more than 1000 bucks on something I'm not doing heavy duty stuff with.
It's a great computer. I've only had issues in the past few months with the battery life and storage on the startup disk (this computer is from mid-2011).
Buy the 15" Macbook Pro w/16GB RAM.
Amazing specs that are future proofed to hell and back.
Not sure why anyone would want a 13" laptop, much less 11".

Bc 15 inches is way too big and I want it to fit in my backpack without hurting my back when I carry it everyday. My last laptop was 15 inches and I hated it! I barely took it out with me bc of the size

Then you shouldn't be buying a mac. 1000 for a glorified facebook machine.
I bought MacBook Air 13 a few months ago and i am very satisfied. It works fast, it's weight is great - i take it to school everyday (my older notebook was like 5 times that weight, so i had problems with that )
I also use external discs for ma files, so low storage is no problem for me either
