Well since her last album Carrie's been busy with The Sound of Music prep, and being pregnant, such that a full-out studio album and promo would be unfeasible.

Sure but does Taylor fly to the Carribean on a romantic break with just anybody? Or to England to meet his parents? Or go away on a ski-trip with just anybody? And introduces him to her parents. Seems like a lot of effort to put into just a small fling.

I mean, Taylor even said in one interview that her 23th anniversary (the one she spent with him in his home town in London) was the best since she was 6.
