Lol the way Lord describes it in that video is exactly what I'm talking about. "A fragile relationship that was never on solid ground" does not sound like it's part of the three "real relationships" she mentioned. She has also said that the huge difference between Red and 1989 is that She has not experienced any true heartbreak since the relationship that inspired Red. Hence none of the songs being about heartbreak or criticizing an ex, and the fact that She says She is friends with Harry still (not the case for John or Jake who obviously broke Her heart). It's literally all right there in Her lyrics and interviews.
