I think Gwen should stay and Christina should come back as a guest mentor/coach and really focus on her next album. I think this is a better fit for where Gwen is at in her career. I think it was great for Xtina for the time she was on it, but I think she should make music and promoting her music her #1 priority this next year. Not The Voice. Gwen is older and has a less likelihood of having mainstream success.

Gwen is sweet and down to earth so of course. I'm sure Christina is great at her job, but I can see why people would find her a bit distant! I don't watch this show so I don't care but I love Gwen and hope this is a great platform for her career.

But she is already reported to be coming back for S9. Plus Gwen and Xtina have been friends for a long time and have the same manager now, so I don't see where the drama would come in.
